I am the founder and CEO of POONI LLC, where I bring together my love for cooking and my desire to give back to the community. With over 15 years of experience, I learned the art of Nigerian cooking from my grandmother and mother, who passed down traditional recipes that I still use today. I grew up learning how to prepare rich, flavorful dishes by hand—from pounding yam to grinding beans—and these early lessons continue to shape my approach to food.
For me, cooking is more than preparing meals; it is a way to connect with others, share my culture, and bring people together through flavors that have been cherished for generations.
Alongside my culinary experience, I have a background in banking, which has helped me build and manage a successful business. My goal with POONI LLC is to offer healthy, authentic Nigerian meals while supporting sustainable practices and uplifting the community. As a wife and mother of three, I understand the importance of family and convenience, and I create meals that are nourishing, delicious, and suited for busy lifestyles. Through every dish I prepare, I aim to share my passion for tradition, health, and community.
